We’re partnering with a fast-growing, health-focused eCommerce brand that’s shaking things up in the wellness space. Their mission? Helping people feel their best every day with products that actually work. They’re scaling quickly and need an Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves wearing multiple hats, and can keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.

If you’re someone who enjoys making things more efficient, solving problems before they happen, and supporting a founder in all things business and operations—you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Do:

→ Marketing Operations: Help implement marketing strategies & research.

→ Customer Success Management: Oversee customer support operations, ensuring timely, thoughtful responses. Create macros and canned responses to make support more efficient while keeping customers happy. Handle incoming tickets like a pro, prioritize issues, and build a killer FAQ to reduce unnecessary inquiries.

→ Stay on Top of the Numbers: Assist with bookkeeping tasks and data entry—because knowing where the money is going is half the battle.

→ Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Load email campaigns into Klaviyo, ensure they’re set up perfectly.

→ Make Sense of the Chaos: Create weekly reports that highlight key metrics, spot trends, and help the team make data-driven decisions.

→ Copywriting: Assist with writing engaging email/blog copy when needed.

→ Drive Process & Project Management: Research, implement, and streamline new tools & solutions to keep the team ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

Detail-Oriented & Organized: You love structure, systems, and making sure no ball gets dropped.

Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: You can figure out new tools quickly, especially Klaviyo, Gorgias, and QuickBooks.

Strong Communicator: Whether it’s crafting clear emails, writing blog posts, or managing customer interactions—you know how to make words work.

Proactive & Independent: You don’t wait for problems to arise; you anticipate them and find solutions before they happen.

Data & Numbers Minded: Experience with data entry, tracking KPIs, and generating reports to help inform better business decisions.

Why This Role Rocks:

Be the Right Hand: Work directly with leadership and have a real impact on the brand’s success.

Growth Opportunity: They’re scaling fast, which means tons of opportunities to learn, evolve, and take on new challenges.

Work Autonomously: No micromanagement here—you’ll have the space to take ownership and make things happen.

Diverse & Engaging Work: From customer support to marketing to financials, you’ll touch multiple aspects of the business and never be bored.
