→ Finance Experience: You’ve worked in a finance, bookkeeping, or assistant role before — ideally with eComm or startups.
→ QuickBooks Savvy: You're comfortable managing transactions, categorizing expenses, and generating reports.
→ Google Sheets Wizardry: You know how to use advanced formulas and conditional formatting to make magic happen.
→ Extreme Attention to Detail: You notice when a decimal is off or a date doesn’t line up — and you fix it fast.
