They’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. This role offers the chance to work closely with a forward-thinking leader and contribute to exciting projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a multitasking pro who thrives without being micromanaged, communicates effectively and takes extreme ownership of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

→ Communication: Be the go-to person for smooth communication between the team, and leadership—keeping everyone in the loop.
→ Administrative Support: Manage and prioritize emails, calls, calendars, and appointments to keep things running like clockwork to optimize the CEO’s time.
→ Project Management & Updates: Keep things moving by managing deadlines, tracking progress, and checking in on tasks. Send daily updates on key activities and milestones so the leadership team stays on top of everything.
→ Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed.
→ Process Optimization: Spot opportunities for process creation and/or optimization, develop streamlined workflows, and implement systems to boost efficiency and productivity.
→ Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

→ Experience: 3+ years as an executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
→ Organization Skills: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and keeping things organized, even when things get hectic.
→ Communication Skills: You know how to get your point across clearly, whether you’re writing or talking.
→ Tech-Savvy: You know your way around tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, and GSuite—basically, you’re comfortable with all things digital.
→ Adaptability: You can stay cool under pressure and roll with whatever changes come your way.
→ Values Alignment: Shares a commitment to effective communication, proactivity, and taking full responsibility for outcomes.
