We’re hiring a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing eCommerce brand that’s redefining the wellness space. They're on a mission to help people feel their best — whether it’s after a night out or during daily routines — with science-backed products that actually work (and taste good too).
They’re looking for someone who can drive growth across their paid media ecosystem—Meta, Google, Amazon, DoorDash, and beyond. You’ll take the lead on **media buying and PPC**, owning channel strategy and execution, while also **shaping the creative direction of our ad campaigns** to make sure they convert.
But this role is more than just paid media. They’re a small, agile team, and are looking for someone who’s flexible, curious, and ready to jump into other areas of marketing—like landing page optimization, SEO, and CRO—whether that means learning it or helping manage it.

→ Lead paid media + PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, DoorDash, and new opportunities
→ Own the Amazon channel: from ads to listings to promotions
→ Develop creative strategy for paid ads, collaborating with designers, videographers, and UGC creators to bring high-converting concepts to life
→ Analyze, optimize, scale: Run A/B tests, dig into performance data, and continuously improve ROAS and CAC
→ Experiment and expand: Test new channels, tactics, and formats to find growth unlocks
→ Pitch in where needed: Support other growth efforts like building landing pages, improving conversion rates, and optimizing site content (no expertise required—just a willingness to learn)
→ 3–5+ years in paid media buying, PPC, or performance marketing—ideally in a DTC or CPG brand
→ Proven results across Meta, Google and Amazon; DoorDash, YT, etc. experience is a plus
→ Strong strategic thinker with a creative streak—you know what makes an ad scroll-stopping and revenue-driving
→ Analytical and data-savvy, but not afraid to get hands-on in creative or copy
→ Resourceful, adaptable, and excited to contribute across a variety of marketing projects
