What You’ll Do:

→ Find & Attract Top Talent: Hunt for the best candidates across different countries using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creative sourcing methods.

→ Run a Killer Hiring Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment—from initial outreach to onboarding candidates. You’ll screen, interview, and assess candidates like a pro.

→ Be a Talent Matchmaker: Understand what both candidates and companies want, then make the perfect match.

→ Client Success: Work closely with our clients, keeping them in the loop and ensuring they get top-notch candidates.

→ Optimize & Improve: Bring fresh ideas to make our hiring process even faster, smoother, and more efficient. If there’s a better way to do something, we wanna hear it.

→ Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Help our clients see the value of hiring globally and breaking biases in recruitment.

What We’re Looking For:

→ Recruiting Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of placing candidates successfully.

→ Overseas Recruiting Experience: If you have experience hiring internationally, that would be a huge bonus.

→ Fluent in English: You can hold professional conversations with clients and candidates confidently.

→ Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Breezy, myInterview, Willo, etc.

→ Proactive & Resourceful: You don’t wait for things to happen—you make them happen.

→ Strong Communication Skills: You know how to sell a role to a candidate and build rapport.

→ Extreme Ownership: We’re looking for someone who delivers and owns their work.
